David blends coaching perspectives with business learning. Removing the external and internal obstacles to achieving your goals. Unlocking potential to maximise individual and business performance.

What will business coaching deliver for you?

David has personal experience in successfully managing the most frequent business leadership challenges, coupled with a focused coaching approach. It’s this unique blend that provides the foundation to supporting general managers, emerging leaders and up to board-level directors to realise their potential and to improve business performance.

By working together to identify key goals and to bridge the gap between current reality and potential, coaching will deliver a strong sense of purpose and a clear set of measurable actions. You will set your own agenda and you will own the outcome.

Through a range of coaching techniques, psychometrics and concepts you will discover new awareness, perspective and insight. You will challenge your thinking to realise effective and realistic strategies and solutions.

Executive Coaching packages are flexible to suit individual needs. They can range from a series of bespoke executive coaching sessions to address particular issues and opportunities to a more long-term developmental approach where continual support is provided.

First meeting

An initial meeting helps to understand the organisational aims, culture and some background to the objectives for the coaching assignment.

Exploratory meeting

An exploratory meeting then follows with the client to gain a greater insight into their profile, role and responsibilities and to understand their short-term and longer term objectives.

Each session

Coaching sessions usually last between 60 and 90 minutes spread over an agreed timescale dependent on the objectives set. Ideally coaching sessions will take place at monthly intervals.

Action plans

After each session, clear action orientated tasks are committed to, ensuring progress towards the realisation of your goals. On-going support and review is offered by either telephone or email between coaching sessions.
